Joining instructions

How to get to the conference: See: http://www.gla.ac.uk/general/maps/index.html for travel details to the University of Glasgow

Friday registration: This will take place in the Post-graduate club, 13 University Gardens, University of Glasgow (D6 on the map at http://www.gla.ac.uk/general/maps/campusmap.html ), from 7pm-12 midnight. There will be people around until 2am in case there are any latecomers. If you are arriving before 7pm on Friday, please email conference@medsin.org with details, and we will organise someone to meet you.

Accommodation: Accommodation for those delegates who have requested it will be provided with University of Glasgow students. Please bring a sleeping bag if you have one, as I’m afraid some of you will be kipping on sofas!

Saturday morning: The conference is taking place in the Western Infirmary Lecture Theatre (B9 on the map at http://www.gla.ac.uk/general/maps/campusmap.html ). If you are coming straight to the conference on Saturday morning, please try and arrive here at 8.30 in order to register before the morning session starts. It will be possible to register later in the day.

Dates and location
The conference will be held at the University of Glasgow on Saturday the 23rd and Sunday the 24th of October, 2004. Sessions will take place in the Wolfson Medical School building and the Boyd-Orr Building.
How to register
Print and fill out Registration Form and post to the address on the form along with registration fee (details on form). Register now to beat the late registration fee.
How to get there
The University of Glasgow is in the West-End of the city, 20 minutes by underground, bus or taxi from the centre, where the Buchanan bus terminal and Central Station are located. For details of travel to Glasgow, and to the University of Glasgow see http://www.gla.ac.uk/general/maps/index.html .
Accommodation
As with previous MedSIN conferences, free accommodation with Glasgow students will be available to those who need it. You can arrange this by filling in the relevant section of the registration form.
